It can be frustrating when it comes to taking pictures while on a trip. Often the amount of travel time available is limited and you can’t visit an area when photography is ideal. In general your best photographs will occur when the sun in lower in the sky. Either earlier morning or later afternoon are ideals times to shoot on a sunny day. Overcast weather can be an advantage or disadvantage depending on what you are photographing. Unusual weather conditions such as fog or snow can give you unique photos with lots of impact. Do your best with the time you have and keep on shooting!
